One Solitary Bench

There is a great solitude about such a shore. The woods are never solitary- they are full of whispering, beckoning, friendly life. But the sea is a mighty soul, forever moaning of some great, unshareable sorrow, which shuts it up into itself for all eternity. We can never pierce its infinite mystery- we may only wander, awed and spell-bound, on the outer fringe of it. The woods call to us with a hundred voices, but the sea has one only- a mighty voice that drowns our souls in its majestic music. The woods are human, but the sea is of the company of the archangels.

Tunnel Vision

We don’t see the end of the tunnel but I must say I don’t think it is darker than it was a year ago, and in some ways lighter.

Filight on Kuwait Airlines

"No flying machine will ever fly from New York to Paris ... [because] no known motor can run at the requisite speed for four days without stopping."Orville Wright

I flew Kuwait airlines yesterday it was a good experience. The service was good
and I finally watched The Goblet of Fire on the flight. The stopover in Kuwait was
only about 10 minutes.

Old Yearbooks

"No matter how long we exist, we have our memories. Points in time which time itself cannot erase. Suffering may distort my backward glances, but even to suffering, some memories will yield nothing of ther beauty or their splendor. Rather they remain as hard as gems."
Anne Rice, "Blood and Gold"

Some of the yearbooks that i have worked on over the last 4 years.
